Creamy Pasta with Asparagus and Peas

Try Creamy Pasta with Asparagus and Peas it is delicious:

  • get 250g of fusilli or some other pasta you prefer
  • get 300g of asparagus, but remove the woody ends
  • get 175g of frozen peas
  • get half of a lemon for some zest and juice
  • and 100 g of soft cheese

The method is as follows:

  1. First off Cook yourself some pasta, following the pack instructions. Then just two minutes before you finish cooking the pasta, add your peas and asparagus. Now boil it all together for the remaining two minutes, and scoop and keep a cup of your liquid from the saucepan just before draining out the pasta and veg.
  2. Once you have followed the first step, put your pasta and your vegetables back in the pan. Now add the lemon zest, soft cheese, and some seasoning. Once you've added a squeeze of your lemon juice to taste, add in 2-3 table spoons of the liquid you got in the cup to loosen the sauce.

I've been told this is a really tasty dish. But if you still don't find it as tasty as you desire, then you can just add more seasoning.
